Pohorje is a mountain in the northeastern part of Slovenia, southwest of Maribor. Rogla (1517 m) is the highest peak in the Pohorje Hills. This is interesting because the promenade is located on Rogla. So many people also refer to it as Rogla’s canopy walkway.

About the canopy

The special feature of the 1 km long Pohorje canopy trail is that it has a circular, 37 m high panoramic lookout tower. You can get up here on a multi-level spiral staircase, or you can choose to walk around. The length of the promenade is 1 km.

Pohorje Hills
